Contact Us
The simplest way to reach us is email: notes@newboldrfc.com. One of the team reads every message.
Messages we welcome
- Something is wrong or out of date. A menu has moved, a rule has changed, a step no longer works. Tell us and we will check it.
- Something is unclear. If you read a note twice and still could not follow it, that is our problem to fix.
- A topic you want covered. Practical questions about home tech, small-business admin, property, bills, travel or paperwork are welcome.
- Permission to reuse text. Ask before republishing anything beyond a short quote.
Help us answer quickly
- Paste the address of the page you are writing about.
- Quote the sentence or step in question.
- If you are reporting an error, say where you found the correct information.
- Keep it to one topic per email; separate threads are easier to track.
Outside our lane
We cannot give personal advice on your contract, your tax return, your legal dispute, your loan or your investments. We cannot review documents, value a property, recommend a specific provider for your situation or fix a device remotely. For those, a qualified professional or the company concerned is the right contact. We will gladly point you to the article that explains the general picture.
Companies and press
If you represent a company named in an article and believe a fact about it is wrong, write with the specific passage and a public source we can check. We review factual points the same way as any other correction. Requests to add promotional wording are declined.
Reply times
Expect an answer within a few working days, often sooner. Corrections are handled first. If a suggestion turns into an article, we may let you know when it goes live, without naming you unless you ask us to.
Where your message goes
Your address serves one purpose: our reply. It is not added to any list and not shared. Details are on Privacy & Data.
Check here first
Your answer may already be on the site. Before You Start Reading Here lists every section, and Where Corrections Go explains how corrections are handled.
Prior to emailing
Emailing the notebook: quick answers
Quick answers to what people ask most.
Can you look at my contract or bill?
No. We cannot review personal documents. The relevant article explains the general picture, and a professional or the company concerned can deal with your case.
What is the quickest way to flag an error?
Email the page address, the sentence in question and a source for the correct information. Error reports are handled ahead of everything else.
Will you write about my topic?
Possibly. Practical questions about home tech, small-business admin, property, bills, travel or paperwork are the ones we take up most often.
Where does my email address end up?
Only as long as it takes to deal with your message. It is never added to a list or passed on.
Tell us what you think.
A short note is enough.
